Technician called ahead of arrival to inform his ETA. Tech arrived looked at the rooms and did his thing. Cleaned all of the rooms and even used cabinet protectors to keep hose from rubbing and scratching edges. All in all highly recommend. He did a great job.

This is my second time using zerorez, And I'm very happy with the results again. I have young kids so I wasn't interested in using harsh chemicals, and this was perfect. This time they cleaned my high-traffic den and playroom and also my couch that had never been cleaned ever in the 7 years that I've owned it, and everything looks fresh and new. On top of that, Joanne was very professional and helpful making the reservation, and Tim, who also cleaned our carpets the last time came back and did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous of the space. He alerted me to potential issues that he saw in my home, was timely, and thorough. I look forward to using them again when my carpets inevitably need to be cleaned.

What can I say? Every experience I have with Zero Rez has been awesome! Typically, it’s my white sofa that gets done every six months. However, this time we were in a renovation of a room in which my son has occupied For the past few years. Let me say it was not pretty when we moved him out. Had special treatment done on the rugs and the room smells like nothing now Which is exactly how I wanted it.
